- Optical Structure Screen (Fresnel, CBSP, BSP): Dry Cleaning: Use a feather duster to lightly dust the screen surface, or gently rub with an eraser.
- Other Screen Materials: Wet Cleaning: Use a soft cloth moistened with water or diluted weak alkaline detergent to wipe the screen.
Note: Do not use alcohol, ether, or similar solvents as they may cause deformation of the screen.

I recently purchased the 110” ALR smart motorised rising black crystal screen (that’s quite a mouthful). While the price is a bit high, if you’re a home-cinema enthusiast, I can definitely recommend this screen.
Firstly, the build quality is great. The screen rises slowly but carefully. It’s not prone to rocking back and forth (except when my cats decide to play on the base of the screen). And the screen is held tight by two parallel wires.
I will say that there were a few scratches on the base (not the screen itself), which is not a problem for me. But may be something to consider. The scratches were on the underside of the base, so not visible.
The image quality is superb. I was blown away by the black levels when playing/watching darker video games/movies. It’s super clear, crisp, and generally pleasant to look at. On that note, there is a slight ‘sparkly’ effect that I had to get used to.
Finally I want to shout out the agent, Remmie, who helped me set up the purchase and gave me advice about the product specifications and usage. She was very helpful, and even checked which projector I have to make sure it is worth buying the screen.
If I had to make one complaint, it’s that the power cable is a tad short. It may just be my power outlet setup, but an extra 30cm on the cable would have been perfect. It might be possible to specify the power cable length requirement, as the screen was made to order.

Both Grey Crystal and Black Crystal screens are made of metallic-coated material. Both are designed for long-throw projection setups ONLY.

Yes, both Grey Crystal and Black Crystal screens are compatible with RGB laser lifestyle long throw projectors.
The choice between them mainly depends on your sensitivity to speckle:
If you want to maximise image quality (colour contrast, deeper blacks, higher perceived sharpness, and stronger light handling performance) and you are not sensitive to speckle, then you can choose one of our crystal screens (Grey Crystal or Black Crystal).
If you are sensitive to speckle and want better speckle suppression, then we recommend choosing our Grey Soft or White Soft screens instead.
Speckle is a physical phenomenon caused by the interference of laser light when it reflects on the screen surface. It is more commonly noticeable on high-brightness, triple-laser projectors.
In particular, speckle tends to be more visible on some high-brightness triple-laser models such as:

Grey Crystal and Black Crystal are metallic-coated materials with a metal-based surface layer. Because of their structure, they do not provide speckle suppression performance.
If you are sensitive to speckle, we would not recommend choosing Black Crystal or Grey Crystal.
However, if your priority is higher contrast, deeper black levels, and stronger image depth, then Grey Crystal or Black Crystal can be a suitable choice depending on your preference.

Yes, it supports 4K, 8K, and 3D content. However, these formats are primarily determined by the projector itself rather than the screen material.
The fabric is a single-piece full screen design and does not have a black border. For the best viewing experience, please use it within the recommended projection range.

Yes, it can be used outdoors, especially in the evening when visibility is better. To protect the motor and ensure long-term performance, avoid direct sunlight exposure and keep the screen away from water or moisture.
