🧼 Maintenance
- Optical Structure Screen (Fresnel, CBSP, BSP): Dry Cleaning — Use a feather duster to lightly dust the screen surface, or gently rub with an eraser.
- Other Screen Materials: Wet Cleaning — Use a soft cloth moistened with water or diluted weak alkaline detergent to wipe the screen.
Note: Do not use alcohol, ether, or similar solvents as they may cause deformation of the screen.

Speckle is a physical phenomenon caused by the interference of laser light when it reflects on the screen surface. It is more commonly noticeable on high-brightness, triple-laser projectors.
In particular, speckle tends to be more visible on some high-brightness triple-laser models such as:

Grey Crystal and Black Crystal are metallic-coated materials with a metal-based surface layer. Because of their structure, they do not provide speckle suppression performance.
If you are sensitive to speckle, we would not recommend choosing Black Crystal or Grey Crystal. However, if your priority is higher contrast, deeper black levels, and stronger image depth, then Grey Crystal or Black Crystal can be a suitable choice depending on your preference.
For users who are highly sensitive to speckle, we recommend Soft Grey or Soft White materials instead. Please note that speckle cannot be completely eliminated, but it can be significantly reduced depending on the screen material and viewing conditions. In most cases, when viewing distance exceeds 3 meters, speckle becomes almost invisible.
FlowArc is designed for flexible installation. The casing features adjustable sliding rails, allowing you to position the mounting screws more freely to fit different home setups.
It also comes with two types of mounting brackets in the standard accessory kit, supporting various installation methods.

There are no strict limitations on projector installation.
FlowArc is compatible with different projection setups, including ceiling-mounted projection, front projection, and table placement.
However, the key requirement is that your screen fabric must match the projector type and support focus adjustment. For example, black crystal materials are designed only for long-throw projectors, so they are not suitable for placing the projector directly in front for Ultra-short-throw projection.
Yes, the package includes the necessary mounting brackets for installation.
Depending on the model, 2 different types of brackets are provided to support various installation methods, so you can set up the screen according to your home environment.
Yes, it supports voice control and smart home integration. It is compatible with platforms such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Tuya.
The remote control of FlowArc is RF (radio frequency).
Yes, the top black drop is adjustable and can be controlled via the remote.
For most units, we pre-set a default height at the factory to ensure an optimal viewing experience out of the box.
If this default setting does not fit your setup, you can adjust it manually using the remote control. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
However, please note that each screen size has a limited adjustment range, and the black drop height cannot exceed the designed maximum limit.

The default power outlet position is on the left side. If you prefer it on the right side, it can be customized upon request.

The black area on the screen is not a separate backing layer or additional fabric. It is applied directly onto the screen surface through a coating process.
Therefore, it cannot be physically removed after production. However, it can be omitted during manufacturing. If you prefer a full clean surface, the screen can be produced without the black coating upon request.
Yes, we offer acoustically transparent drop-down screens.

By default, the black borders can be removed, so the screen becomes a full surface of perforated acoustic fabric.
If the black backing layer is not removed, it will remain as part of the structure, and the entire surface (including the black border area) will also be perforated to maintain acoustic transparency.
Customized products are made specifically according to your requirements. Therefore, they do not support returns, exchanges, or order cancellation once production has started or the order has been confirmed.
