Q: What does “CLR” mean?

CLR stands for Ceiling Light Rejecting, which means the screen is designed to block ambient light coming from above—enhancing contrast and maintaining image clarity in bright rooms. It's ideal for ultra-short throw projectors.

Q: What’s the difference between CBSP and BSP?

Both are UST-compatible with CLR performance.

CBSP: Deeper blacks, better contrast, darker surface.
BSP: Higher gain, brighter image, slightly thicker surface.

Q: What's the maximum size for seamless CBSP material?

Currently, CBSP fixed-frame screens can be made up to 127" without seams. Any size larger than 127" will use spliced material.

🧼 Maintenance

Q: How should I clean the screen surface?

For different screen materials, here are some cleaning suggestions for your reference:

- Optical Structure Screen (Fresnel, CBSP, BSP): Dry Cleaning — Use a feather duster to lightly dust the screen surface, or gently rub with an eraser.

- Other Screen Materials: Wet Cleaning — Use a soft cloth moistened with water or diluted weak alkaline detergent to wipe the screen.

Note: Do not use alcohol, ether, or similar solvents as they may cause deformation of the screen.

Q: What if the screen surface has scratches, spots, or other defects?

If the screen is damaged due to non-human factors and remains unused, please contact our customer service team.

To help us better assess the issue, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.

If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement under warranty.
