We are continuously expanding our logistics coverage to serve more customers globally.
However, at the moment, we do not yet support shipping to island-only or remote island regions.
If your delivery address is located on an island or in an area that cannot be covered by our current logistics network, our sales team will contact you directly, and a full refund will be arranged.
We ship from multiple overseas warehouses depending on product availability and your location to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.

When placing an order, you may see shipping options such as “Ship from EU / US / BR / CN”, which indicate the available warehouse for that product.
If your country is not covered by EU, US, or BR warehouse options, please select “Ship from CN”.
For orders shipped from China, we also cover applicable customs duties and import taxes to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Orders shipped from our overseas warehouses are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
If the product is temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, it will need to be produced or restocked before shipping, which usually takes around 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
For customized or made-to-order products, the production and processing time will be longer depending on the level of customization.
From Oversea Warehouse (Local Delivery):
EU: 5–7 business days (no island delivery)
US: 2–7 business days
From China (Air Shipping):
General: 10–20 business days
Canada: 8–20 business days
UK: 5–10 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
From China (Sea Shipping):
All destinations: 45–60 business days
We select the shipping method based on product size and logistics efficiency.
If the product size and packaging are suitable for air shipping, we will prioritize air shipping to ensure faster delivery.
Sea shipping is typically used for larger or oversized products that exceed air shipping size limitations, such as long or bulky packages.
All orders include applicable taxes and import duties, whether shipped from China or from local warehouses.
There are no additional or hidden charges upon delivery in most regions.
Exceptions:
For certain regions, local import regulations may require additional taxes or duties. These costs are not included in the order and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Norway
South American countries
Some Island regions
If your order is shipped to these areas, customs may contact you directly for any applicable fees.
If your order is shipped from China, returns do not necessarily need to be sent back to China.
When available, we can arrange a return to a local overseas warehouse in your region for a faster and more convenient process.
For example:
If you are located in Portugal and your order was shipped from China, your return can usually be sent to a European warehouse such as Germany or Poland.
However, for certain regions such as Switzerland and Norway, local return logistics routes are not connected to EU warehouses. In these cases, returns are typically processed back to China.
