Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, and our website generally offers free shipping for supported regions. We currently ship to a wide range of countries, including: ✔ Europe (all EU countries, including the UK) ✔ United States & Canada ✔ Australia & New Zealand ✔ Most countries in Asia And other major international regions We are continuously expanding our logistics coverage to serve more customers globally. However, at the moment, we do not yet support shipping to island-only or remote island regions. If your delivery address is located on an island or in an area that cannot be covered by our current logistics network, our sales team will contact you directly and a full refund will be arranged.
Orders shipped from our overseas warehouses are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
If the product is temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, it will need to be produced or restocked before shipping, which usually takes around 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
For customized or made-to-order products, the production and processing time will be longer depending on the level of customization.
We ship from multiple overseas warehouses depending on product availability and your location to ensure faster and more efficient delivery. Our main fulfillment locations include: 🇪🇺 EU warehouse (Poland & Germany) 🇺🇸 US warehouse 🇧🇷 BR warehouse (Brazil) 🇨🇳 CN warehouse (China) When placing an order, you may see shipping options such as “Ship from EU / US / BR / CN”, which indicate the available warehouse for that product. If your country is not covered by EU, US, or BR warehouse options, please select “Ship from CN”. For orders shipped from China, we also cover applicable customs duties and import taxes to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
All orders include applicable taxes and import duties, whether shipped from China or from local warehouses.
There are no additional or hidden charges upon delivery in most regions.
Exceptions:
For certain regions, local import regulations may require additional taxes or duties. These costs are not included in the order and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

South American countries
Island regions
If your order is shipped to these areas, customs may contact you directly for any applicable fees.
Please note:Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Norway are shipped directly from our warehouse in China (CN).Even if you select “Ship from US” or “Ship from EU” at checkout, the order will still be fulfilled from China, as our overseas warehouses currently do not support delivery to these countries.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate. Any extra costs caused by incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.
