Repair Options

Depending on your location and product issue, we offer the following repair solutions:

  • Local Repair ——If available in your region.
  • Return to China/Overseas Warehouse ——We'll guide you through the shipping process.
  • Replacement ——If the product is deemed unrepairable, a replacement will be offered.


Covered by Warranty

◾ Projectors

  • Failure to power on or frequent shutdowns
  • Abnormal fan noise or system noise (non-user-caused)
  • Image issues (screen flickering, lines, white spots, dead pixels)
  • Port failures (e.g., HDMI, USB, audio output not functioning)
  • Autofocus or keystone correction failure

◾ Projection Screens

  • Fabric defects not caused by external damage (e.g., cracks, loose stitching, holes)
  • Malfunctioning motor, remote, controller, or other components
  • Screen stuck, retract failure, misalignment, or noisy operation
  • Installation components failing to hold securely

◾ Accessories

  • Original remotes, power adapters, and signal cables not working
  • Button failure, unstable connection, or internal defects not due to misuse

 

Not Covered by Warranty (All Products)

  • Damage due to misuse, drops, impact, water exposure, high temperature/humidity, or unstable power
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, cracks, paint peeling, mold, burns)
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Missing valid proof of purchase (invoice/order info)
  • Shipping damage without a complete unboxing video
  • Beyond the warranty period
  • Free gifts or purchases from unauthorized channels
  • Performance lag caused by aging systems (e.g., freezing, slow boot-up)
  • Improper cleaning leading to screen surface damage

 

Service Process

1. Contact Us via email at service@wuprocinema.com.

2. Provide the following:

1) Order number or invoice.

2) Product serial number (SN), if available.

3) Photos or video showing the issue clearly.

4) Description of the problem.

5) For DOA or shipping damage: Submit a complete unboxing video (from seal to testing).

3. Evaluation: Our customer service team will confirm if the issue is within the warranty coverage.

4. Solution Offered: We will arrange repair, replacement, or return logistics depending on the situation.
