Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes. Any additional fees (interception or correction charges) incurred after shipment must be covered by the customer.

Picture Performance
Speckle is a physical phenomenon caused by the interference of laser light when it reflects on the screen surface. It is more commonly noticeable on high-brightness, triple-laser projectors such as Hisense C2 Pro/Ultra, C3 Pro/Ultra, Valerion Visionmaster Pro/Max, Xgimi Titan Noir Max, Xgimi Horizon 20 Pro/Max.
Grey Crystal and Black Crystal utilize specialized metallic coatings designed to enhance contrast or gain. However, due to the high reflectivity of these metallic particles, they provide very limited speckle suppression and may even amplify the visibility of laser speckle for sensitive viewers.
If minimizing laser speckle is your top priority, we strongly recommend our Soft Matte Grey or Soft Matte White materials.
Yes, it is compatible with 4K, 8K, and 3D content. The screen itself does not add these functions; the projector must support the corresponding resolution or 3D functionality to display them.
We do not recommend using it in bright, direct daytime environments without light control. For the best performance during the day, drawing the curtains or dimming the lights is highly recommended. The Black Crystal delivers its absolute best, deep-black performance in a dim or darkened room.
Grey Crystal: The Grey Crystal features a higher gain reflection, delivering a noticeably brighter image. This makes it exceptionally good for 3D content, vibrant HDR scenes, and ensuring that peak highlights stay punchy and vivid.
Black Crystal: The Black Crystal has a much darker base tint, which dramatically improves black levels and room contrast. It excels at rendering dark, cinematic scenes with incredible shadow detail, providing a true home-theater feel for sci-fi, horror, or moody movies.

Yes, the package includes the necessary mounting brackets for installation.
Depending on the model, 2 different types of brackets are provided to support various installation methods, so you can set up the screen according to your home environment.
There are no strict limitations on projector installation.
Black Crystal is compatible with different projection setups, including ceiling-mounted projection, front projection, and table placement.
The remote control of FlowArc is RF (radio frequency).
The black area you see is not a separate backing layer attached to the rear of the screen material. It is actually painted directly onto the original screen surface.

Yes, the top black drop is controlled via the remote. While we pre-set a default height before shipment, you can manually adjust both the upper and lower limits to match your installation needs. Once the limit setting is completed, the screen will automatically remember and return to the saved position each time, so there’s no need to adjust it repeatedly. Please note that the black drop cannot exceed the designed maximum limit for each size.
Yes, FlowArc is compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Tuya for voice control and smart home integration.

Yes, we support customized sizes up to 200 inches. We offer this at no extra customization cost. Please note that customized products do not support returns once production starts.
Yes. Available fabrics: Soft Matte White AT and Grey Crystal AT. We offer AT perforated version at no extra customization cost.
Dry Cleaning: Gently wipe the screen surface with a feather duster.
Wet Cleaning: If dry cleaning is not enough, gently wipe the surface with a tissue or soft cloth lightly dampened with clean water. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or any chemical cleaning agents.

Grey Crystal and Black Crystal are metallic-coated materials with a metal-based surface layer. Because of their structure, they do not provide speckle suppression performance.
If you are sensitive to speckle, we would not recommend choosing Black Crystal or Grey Crystal. However, if your priority is higher contrast, deeper black levels, and stronger image depth, then Grey Crystal or Black Crystal can be a suitable choice depending on your preference.
For users who are highly sensitive to speckle, we recommend Soft Grey or Soft White materials instead. Please note that speckle cannot be completely eliminated, but it can be significantly reduced depending on the screen material and viewing conditions. In most cases, when viewing distance exceeds 3 meters, speckle becomes almost invisible.
FlowArc is designed for flexible installation. The casing features adjustable sliding rails, allowing you to position the mounting screws more freely to fit different home setups.
