Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes. Any additional fees (interception or correction charges) incurred after shipment must be covered by the customer.

A ceiling-mounted projector projects light from the opposite direction, which conflicts with the screen's optical design and will significantly reduce its ambient light rejection performance.

Factory Quality Check: Every screen is strictly inspected, photographed, and assigned a unique serial number on the back before packing.
Our Resolution Policy: Because it becomes difficult to determine the cause of any marks once the screen has been handled and assembled, we can only guarantee a solution for issues reported prior to installation. Taking a few minutes to check the fabric beforehand ensures we can fully support you if anything looks amiss!

The main difference lies in the frame tensioning system and installation structure.
EVO uses a coiled spring screw system for the frame assembly, designed to provide precise tension control and stable surface flatness.
In comparison, the standard fixed-frame screen typically uses a spring hook system, which is a widely adopted and reliable structure for screen installation.
The choice between the two depends on preferred installation method and user requirements.
The Gallery EVO and Gallery series use the same screen material.
You can clean the screen by gently wiping it with a dry soft cloth. If needed, you may slightly dampen the cloth with a small amount of water, or use a feather duster to gently remove dust.

The Gallery fixed frame screen uses a modular aluminum frame design, where long components are split into sections.
The packaging size is 1970 × 240 × 170 mm, so we recommend measuring your elevator space in advance to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
The KBSP is mainly designed to reject overhead ambient light, so compared to a standard non-ALR screen, it performs significantly better in a bright living room during daytime use.
However, for the best viewing experience, we still recommend reducing ambient light as much as possible, such as closing curtains or controlling direct sunlight.
