About Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days of receiving your payment. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.
1. For standard items in overseas warehouse, orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
2. For products that need to be shipped directly from China, shipping times may be longer. Our customer service team will contact you in advance if your order is affected by such conditions. If you do not agree with the extended shipping method or time frame, we will be happy to assist with order cancellation and provide a full refund.

About Tax
All products shipped from our overseas warehouses (such as DE/US/BR/PL/UK) have VAT and import duties already included in the product price. No extra tax will be charged upon delivery.
For items shipped directly from China, we will always prioritize shipping methods where duties are prepaid whenever possible.

Purchase & Logistics
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes. Any additional fees (interception or correction charges) incurred after shipment must be covered by the customer.
Since in-ceiling hidden screens are considered a more specialized installation product, they are currently shipped directly from China. At the moment, we do not keep overseas warehouse stock for these models.
Currently, we cannot ship to island countries. If your country is an island and you accidentally place an order, our team will contact you promptly to arrange a full refund.
Please do not refuse without contacting us. Any return shipping, storage, or re-delivery fees incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

The best material depends on your projector type and room lighting conditions.
If minimizing laser speckle is your top priority, we strongly recommend our Soft Matte Grey or Soft Matte White materials.
Yes, it is compatible with 4K, 8K, and 3D content. The screen itself does not add these functions; the projector must support the corresponding resolution or 3D functionality to display them.

Yes. WUPRO Cirrus in-ceiling models use a tab-tension system to help maintain better screen flatness and reduce edge curling over time.
he housing is made from reinforced aluminum alloy.
The remote control of Cirrus is RF (radio frequency).
The black area you see is not a separate backing layer attached to the rear of the screen material. It is actually painted directly onto the original screen surface.
Please note that this black coating can be removed upon request. Kindly make sure to leave a note when placing your order if you would like it removed.
It is not recommended to install the screen directly in front of a window, as the material is not fully light-blocking and some light may pass through from the back depending on the ambient lighting conditions.
The required ceiling depth depends on the screen size and housing structure. Please contact us for detailed installation dimensions before construction.
Yes, the top black drop is controlled via the remote. While we pre-set a default height before shipment, you can manually adjust both the upper and lower limits to match your installation needs. Once the limit setting is completed, the screen will automatically remember and return to the saved position each time, so there’s no need to adjust it repeatedly. Please note that the black drop cannot exceed the designed maximum limit for each size.
Yes,Cirrus is compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Tuya for voice control and smart home integration.

Standard colors is white. Black housing not available.
Yes, we support customized sizes up to 150 inches. We offer this at no extra customization cost. Please note that customized products do not support returns once production starts.
Yes. Available fabrics: Soft Matte White AT and Grey Crystal AT. We offer AT perforated version at no extra customization cost.
Dry Cleaning: Gently wipe the screen surface with a feather duster.
Wet Cleaning: If dry cleaning is not enough, gently wipe the surface with a tissue or soft cloth lightly dampened with clean water. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or any chemical cleaning agents.
