About Shipping

1. For standard items in overseas warehouse, orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
2. For products that need to be shipped directly from China, shipping times may be longer. Our customer service team will contact you in advance if your order is affected by such conditions. If you do not agree with the extended shipping method or time frame, we will be happy to assist with order cancellation and provide a full refund.

About Tax
All products shipped from our overseas warehouses (such as DE/US/BR/PL/UK) have VAT and import duties already included in the product price. No extra tax will be charged upon delivery.

Can I request a custom veneer or design?
Yes, custom veneer and design options are available. Please note that customized orders require additional production time compared to standard finishes.
Can I cancel or request a refund after placing an order?
As each cabinet is made-to-order, once production has started, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All cabinets are made-to-order and are not stocked overseas. For standard finishes (Matte White, Matte Black, Walnut), production takes approximately 5–15 days before dispatch. For customized finishes, production time extends to 30–45 days.
Shipping is arranged via sea freight, with an estimated transit time of 50–60 days. Please note that the total delivery time includes both the production and shipping periods.
Will the cabinet be delivered to my door? Are taxes included?
Yes, we provide door-to-door delivery for all cabinet orders. Shipping is arranged via sea freight for large items, ensuring safe and reliable transport.
Taxes and duties are included for most regions, so there are no additional hidden costs. However, for certain countries or remote areas, additional charges may apply. Please contact us with your location for confirmation.
What is the warranty policy?
We provide a 2-year warranty for this product. If you encounter any issues during use, feel free to contact us at any time. Our team is committed to providing reliable support and ensuring your concerns are properly resolved.
Is this cabinet compatible with my projector model?
The cabinet is compatible with most major projector brands. Compatibility mainly depends on the projector’s throw ratio.
For some projectors with an extremely short throw ratio, the image can reach 100” with very little projection distance. In such cases, the top panel of the cabinet may partially block the light path.
We recommend sharing your projector model with us so we can confirm compatibility before you place your order.
Does the cabinet include a motorized screen?
Yes, the listed price includes both the cabinet and the motorized screen. The screen housing is shipped in black by default. If you prefer a white version, please contact our sales team to arrange the color change.
If you already have a screen and only need the cabinet, that is also possible. Please provide the dimension of your screen’s base so we can confirm compatibility and make the necessary adjustments.
