No, you don’t need to pay any additional taxes or duties. All costs are already included in the price you see.

Q: What mounting options does the FlowArc motorized drop-down screen support?

The screen supports wall mount, ceiling mount, suspended, and ceiling-recessed installation.

Note: A pair of wall brackets is included in the packaging list for wall or ceiling mounting.

Q: Is the black drop part on top of the screen adjustable?

The black drop is set to 300mm by default. The packaging list includes an orange slat to adjust the length, but the adjustment range does not exceed 100mm.

For special requirements, we recommend consulting us before ordering, as custom lengths can be made.

Note: If the screen surface becomes uneven due to adjustments made to the black drop, this is not covered under warranty.

Q: What is the purpose of the perforated part on top of the CBSP screen?

Only the CBSP version of FlowArc has holes on top. This design allows sound to pass through.

Q: Can I use my UST projector in a ceiling-mounted setup with the CBSP screen?

Due to the CBSP’s special prism structure, ceiling-mounting a UST projector changes the light direction. The screen surface must be reversed during production, so please consult us before ordering.

🧼 Maintenance

Q: How should I clean the screen surface?

For different screen materials, here are some cleaning suggestions for your reference:

- Optical Structure Screen (Fresnel, CBSP, BSP): Dry Cleaning — Use a feather duster to lightly dust the screen surface, or gently rub with an eraser.

- Other Screen Materials: Wet Cleaning — Use a soft cloth moistened with water or diluted weak alkaline detergent to wipe the screen.

Note: Do not use alcohol, ether, or similar solvents as they may cause deformation of the screen.

Q: What if the screen surface has scratches, spots, or other defects?

If the screen is damaged due to non-human factors and remains unused, please contact our customer service team.

To help us better assess the issue, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.

If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement under warranty.
