WUPRO 4K Weave is a premium woven acoustic projection material designed for home theaters with speakers installed behind the screen.
The high-density woven structure allows sound waves to pass naturally through the screen while maintaining excellent 4K image detail and cinematic viewing performance.
Yes.
The specially engineered woven surface helps diffuse reflected laser light and reduce visible RGB laser speckle, providing a smoother viewing experience for triple-laser projector users.
It is an excellent choice for RGB triple-laser projectors where laser speckle sensitivity is a concern.
Both materials are acoustically transparent and designed for behind-screen speaker installations.
The main difference is the screen structure, laser speckle reduction performance, and cost.
Choose 4K Woven if you need:
- Stronger RGB laser speckle reduction performance
- Premium woven structure for high-end home theaters
- Compatibility with RGB triple-laser projectors
Choose Perforated Soft Matte White if you need:
- A more affordable acoustic screen solution
- Excellent brightness uniformity
- Natural color reproduction
Due to the special weaving process, a fine surface texture may be visible when viewed extremely close.
This is a normal characteristic of acoustically transparent woven materials and does not indicate a product defect.
At normal viewing distances, the texture is generally not noticeable and does not affect projection performance.
The 4K Weave material features an off-white woven surface, while Soft Matte White has a bright white surface with higher reflectivity. In a fully light-controlled home theater, Soft Matte White generally appears slightly brighter and delivers a crisper image.
Moiré is rare with the WUPRO Gallery 4K Woven screen thanks to its ultra-fine woven structure. However, as moiré can vary depending on the projector, resolution, and installation, it may still occur in some setups. If you notice moiré, please contact us, and we'll help you optimize your setup to reduce or eliminate the effect.

The acoustically transparent woven structure allows speakers to be positioned directly behind the screen.
This creates a true cinema experience where dialogue, music, and sound effects appear to come directly from the image.
Woven acoustically transparent screens generally provide superior acoustic performance.
Unlike perforated screens, the random woven structure minimizes high-frequency reflections and comb filtering, resulting in more natural dialogue, accurate tonal balance, and improved sound localization for speakers placed behind the screen.

The WUPRO 4K Woven screen material is currently available only for the FlowArc Motorized Drop-Down Screen and is not compatible with floor-rising screen models.
WUPRO Gallery woven screen fabric is built for everyday durability. The material is UV resistant, anti-static, mildew resistant, and flame retardant. It is also washable with a mild detergent solution for removing dust or light stains. For best results, use a soft microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.

Speckle is a physical phenomenon caused by the interference of laser light when it reflects on the screen surface. It is more commonly noticeable on high-brightness, triple-laser projectors.
In particular, speckle tends to be more visible on some high-brightness triple-laser models such as:

Grey Crystal and Black Crystal are metallic-coated materials with a metal-based surface layer. Because of their structure, they do not provide speckle suppression performance.
If you are sensitive to speckle, we would not recommend choosing Black Crystal or Grey Crystal. However, if your priority is higher contrast, deeper black levels, and stronger image depth, then Grey Crystal or Black Crystal can be a suitable choice depending on your preference.
For users who are highly sensitive to speckle, we recommend Soft Grey or Soft White materials instead. Please note that speckle cannot be completely eliminated, but it can be significantly reduced depending on the screen material and viewing conditions. In most cases, when viewing distance exceeds 3 meters, speckle becomes almost invisible.
FlowArc is designed for flexible installation. The casing features adjustable sliding rails, allowing you to position the mounting screws more freely to fit different home setups.
It also comes with two types of mounting brackets in the standard accessory kit, supporting various installation methods.

There are no strict limitations on projector installation.
FlowArc is compatible with different projection setups, including ceiling-mounted projection, front projection, and table placement.
However, the key requirement is that your screen fabric must match the projector type and support focus adjustment. For example, black crystal materials are designed only for long-throw projectors, so they are not suitable for placing the projector directly in front for Ultra-short-throw projection.

Depending on the model, 2 different types of brackets are provided to support various installation methods, so you can set up the screen according to your home environment.

The remote control of FlowArc is RF (radio frequency).
Yes, the top black drop is adjustable and can be controlled via the remote.
For most units, we pre-set a default height at the factory to ensure an optimal viewing experience out of the box.
If this default setting does not fit your setup, you can adjust it manually using the remote control. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
However, please note that each screen size has a limited adjustment range, and the black drop height cannot exceed the designed maximum limit.

By default, the black borders can be removed, so the screen becomes a full surface of perforated acoustic fabric.
