Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods to our designated return address, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Diminished Value of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Any signs of usage, scratches, or missing parts may result in a partial refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-sized screens, bespoke aspect ratios).

Refund Timeline
