- Order Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items require 4–7 business days for restocking before shipment.
- Local Warehouses: We ship from warehouses in Germany, Poland, USA, and Brazil. LeApex Series is stocked in both the Germany and USA warehouses. Please note: overseas warehouses only stock sizes up to 120 inches.
- Shipping Times:
- EU Countries (via EU warehouses): 1–7 business days. Some island addresses may not be supported.
- USA (via US warehouse): 2–8 business days.
- Other Regions: If your address is not within the coverage of our overseas warehouses, or if the warehouse is temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped from China by Air. Transit time is 5–20 business days depending on the destination. Feel free to contact us for confirmation.
- Oversized / Overweight Products: 133-inch and above electric screens must be shipped directly from China and can only be transported via sea freight. Transit time is usually 45–60 business days.
- Taxes: Most destinations are shipped with taxes included. For countries such as Switzerland or Norway, tax-included channels are not available. Please contact us before placing your order if you are in one of these regions.
- Island Addresses: Some island regions cannot be delivered. If your address is located on an island or your country is island-based, please confirm delivery availability with us before placing your order.

About Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days of receiving your payment. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.
1. For standard items in overseas warehouse, orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
2. For products that need to be shipped directly from China, shipping times may be longer. Our customer service team will contact you in advance if your order is affected by such conditions. If you do not agree with the extended shipping method or time frame, we will be happy to assist with order cancellation and provide a full refund.

All products shipped from our overseas warehouses (such as DE/US/BR/PL/UK) have VAT and import duties already included in the product price. No extra tax will be charged upon delivery.
For items shipped directly from China, we will always prioritize shipping methods where duties are prepaid whenever possible.

- Bildschirm mit optischer Struktur (Fresnel, CBSP, BSP): Trockenreinigung: Verwenden Sie einen Staubwedel, um die Bildschirmoberfläche leicht abzustauben, oder reiben Sie sie vorsichtig mit einem Radiergummi ab.
- Andere Bildschirmmaterialien: Nassreinigung: Verwenden Sie zum Abwischen des Bildschirms ein weiches, mit Wasser oder einem verdünnten schwach alkalischen Reinigungsmittel angefeuchtetes Tuch.
