Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or produced. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

If your order included any free gifts, they must be returned together with the main product.

You must provide a clear video showing the product has been fully repacked and protected in a way that ensures safe return transit. This helps avoid disputes over product condition during shipping and ensures a smoother refund process. Please note that lack of video evidence may impact the eligibility or processing speed of your refund.

30-Day Price Match Policy
If the price of a product you purchased drops within 30 days from the payment date, we’ll refund the difference.
How to Request:

Contact our customer service with your order number and a screenshot or link of the lower price.

Once confirmed, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
