Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or produced. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.

Return Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery under our cooling-off period policy, in accordance with consumer protection guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

  • If your order included any free gifts, they must be returned together with the main product.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • You must provide a clear video showing the product has been fully repacked and protected in a way that ensures safe return transit. This helps avoid disputes over product condition during shipping and ensures a smoother refund process. Please note that lack of video evidence may impact the eligibility or processing speed of your refund.

  • The 14-day return period starts from the date of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A restocking fee of up to 1% may apply.

Merchandise Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products that have been installed or used, including screens that have been mounted, unrolled, or assembled

  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components/accessories

  • Items with visible damage, stains, scratches, or deformation not present at delivery

  • Products that have been misused or damaged due to incorrect handling or installation

  • Items that have been modified or repaired by non-authorized third parties

  • Special clearance or final-sale items, as clearly stated at the time of purchase

 

30-Day Price Match Policy

If the price of a product you purchased drops within 30 days from the payment date, we’ll refund the difference.

How to Request:

  • Contact our customer service with your order number and a screenshot or link of the lower price.

  • Once confirmed, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Not Eligible:

  • Prices from personal discounts (e.g. spin-the-wheel prizes, special coupon codes) are not covered, as they are not available to all customers and time-limited.
