We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Our goal is to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time, so we handle the shipping process for you.
Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability. For certain products with special sizes or those that are out of stock in our overseas warehouse, additional preparation time of 4–7 working days may be required before shipment.

From China Warehouse (Oversized / Overweight Products)
133-inch and above electric screens, or large cabinet-style units—we generally do not keep stock in overseas warehouses. These items must be shipped directly from China and can only be transported via sea freight. In such cases, the transit time is usually 45–60 days.
If you do not agree with the extended shipping method or time frame, we will gladly assist with order cancellation and issue a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number via our shipping partner’s website.
Returns Related to Shipping

For returns within the 14-day cooling-off period, a 1% restocking fee will apply. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be in its original, resellable condition (please refer to the Return Policy for specific requirements).

After the 14-day period, returns will no longer be accepted for any reason.

For damaged-on-arrival (DOA) items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

For quality issues identified after the 14-day window, we will offer repair or replacement if a complete unboxing video is provided.
